We are looking to add on an experienced PT or FT Physician Assistant to join our wonderful medical family.
Great pay and benefits, very bright and fun-loving supportive staff.
Patients are treated as family.

Our lovely clinics are in Crystal Lake and Elgin, Illinois.
Most days needed in home base of Crystal Lake.
We treat pediatric and adults alike with immune, allergic and asthma disorders.
We are referred to often for specialty testing and treatments by our GI, Pulm, ENT and Derm colleagues - in addition to all the PCPs of McHenry and Kane counties.
Northwestern IM residents and MA externs rotate in our offices.
We love sharing our specialty and learning how to better treat patients.
We attend local and national conferences and are involved with different organizations.

We will provide you with an experienced supportive and organized team so you can focus on providing excellent care to patients.
