starting at $40/hr We are seeking a Home Care RN who is comfortable with a wide variety of responsibilities.
This is primarily a Monday through Friday full-time position (32-40 hrs/week) with some weekend coverage as needed.
Minimum of one year med/surg experience required; home health, infusion and wound care experience preferred.
We are an in-home care and medical staffing company providing Caregiver, CNA, LPN and RN resources for in-home clients, facilities and schools within McHenry County and Barrington.

Complete client assessments and re-assessments in homes/facilities; obtain doctor's orders as required.
Perform supervisory visits of staff in clients' home/facilities; provide employee feedback; resolve/communicate/escalate issues as needed; complete necessary paperwork.
Complete in-home nurse assignments; e.

medication management, wound care, etc.

Train/mentor staff.
Meet with counterparts in communities within McHenry County promoting and educating benefits of BrightStar Care.
Function as back-up:
DON vacation coverage.
Minimum of one year med/surg experience required.
Home health, infusion and wound care experience preferred Requirements Unencumbered license as a RN in the state of Illinois Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
