This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) with more hours available as we grow.
Pay will be a monthly paycheck.
Duties include:
-Answer main phone line -Review and approve paperwork from agents -Manage office including company payments and bookkeeping -Maintain company Facebook account -Troubleshoot emergency situations -Provide support to agents The ideal candidate:
-Is punctual and reliable -Friendly, engaging disposition -Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Excel and Word -Familiar with QuickBooks a plus, but not required -Is detail oriented and can multi-task -Works well independently without supervision Job Type:
