The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
All of our positions are hands on.
Your day could consist of monitoring doggie daycamp, customer service at the desk, bathing, cleaning feeding and medicating for our overnight guests.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Provide support to the manager in the daily operations of the business.
Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing staff members.
Provide feedback to staff members on their performance.
Maintain a safe working environment for staff members.
