Job Description:
In charge of maintenance and repair of equipment.
Requisition and order parts.
Maintain repair and keep maintenance logs on all equipment.
On call list when there is a power failure in building.
Schedule weekly, monthly and yearly P.
M.
's.
5S the Maintenance Area.
Maintain critical parts inventory.
Manage day to day assignments.
Train Personnel.
Schedule outside repair services.
This is a hands on position.
Required skills /
Experience:
An understanding of the die casting process.
Good mechanical skills.
Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Able to lift 50 LBS.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to use PLC, Electrical and Electronic systems.
Electrical and Hydraulic Skills.
Program ABB robots.
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Five to ten years working in Die Casting Maintenance or similar industries.
Two years welding experience Pay Range:
Based on experience.
