We are are well-established pediatric practice with locations in Crystal Lake and Barrington that is seeking a dedicated and reliable patient representative to work 32 hours per week.
Must work shifts at both locations.
Responsibilities:
Patient scheduling and registration Medical insurance processing and verification Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
Excellent telephone etiquette Outstanding customer service skills Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus Willingness to embrace and commit to our core values Core Values TRUST.
