As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Our practice takes pride in focusing on patient care over volume and maintaining long-term relationships.

Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent patient experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms Maintain a clean and inviting environment Ensure timely and accurate insurance verification and claims submission Correspond with insurance companies regarding patient benefits Assist patients with their treatment plans and present financial options Maintain patient records and update patient information as necessary Qualifications One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent multi-tasking skills Familiar with computers and scheduling software Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft is a plus Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus Office Hours Monday:
