Autism - ABA Therapist

Total Spectrum provides top quality one-on-one therapy for children with autism. This is a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing company and implement evidenced-based behavioral therapy for children on the spectrum.
The Behavior Therapist will work one-on-one in the child's home implementing programs developed by the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and track the child's progress by collecting and recording data. The primary purpose of this position is to help children with autism reach their fullest potential by teaching communication and verbal behavior, social and play skills, daily living skills and academic skills. ABA enables one to improve socially significant behaviors while decreasing challenging behaviors.
We are currently looking for eager, compassionate, smart and outgoing individuals with the desire to make a difference to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism.

Requirements:
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
Excellent time management skills
Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
Ability to multitask
Preferred:
Previous experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
Evening hour availability
