Mobile Phlebotomist
We are looking to recruit Mobile Phlebotomists for part time Insurance Exams.
You can set your own schedule - This is a part time Independent Contractor opportunity with flexible hours - appointments are available Monday through Sunday.
Document patient responses to complete their medical history on an established insurance company form.
Perform Venipuncture and/or EKG's when applicable.
Must have 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist.
Must have current experience within previous 6 month period.
Contractors are paid twice monthly.
Mileage reimbursement is available in certain circumstances.
In order to become a successful Independent Mobile Examiner Contractor, you need:
1. Reliable Car
2. Internet Access
3. Fax Machine
4. Centrifuge
5. Blood pressure cuff and stethoscope
6. Tourniquet
7. Scale
8. Tape Measure
9. Watch with a second hand
10. EKG Machine (optional)
11. Laptop preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
